I offer individual EMDR sessions in an online format only. If you are looking for in-person therapy, an EMDR intensive might be right for you!
EMDR Intensive Experiences
An EMDR Intensive concentrates months of therapy into only days of focused work. Sessions are usually several hours over 1-2 days, allowing for deep immersion without the stops and restarts that take up time in weekly sessions. This format can help people who:
Have experienced single-event traumas.
Are dealing with complex trauma stemming from prolonged exposure to adverse experiences.
Are able to step outside of their daily routines and responsibilities in order to do a more focused, deep dive into healing.
Many clients achieve breakthroughs more rapidly, leading to a sense of relief, empowerment, and the freedom of feeling faster change.
EMDR Consultation for Clinicians
Whether you are looking for support when implementing your EMDR training, or assistance with the EMDR certification process, I am here to help you achieve your goals! I am an EMDR consultant in training under Heidi Roselle, MA, LPCC, PMH-C and I am currently available for consultation either individually or in a group setting.
My rate for individual consultation is $35 an hour.
